Singing - with attitude! -
Bradford Roots Music Festival

will be back in January 2019

The SIXTH Bradford Roots Music Festival was another great weekend of music, dance, workshops & song.

There was a huge variety of brilliant local artists, some who've played before and others who'll be performing at our lovely community festival for the first time.

This year's line-up included: Sam Brookes, Feral Beryl, The People's String Foundation (duo), Mother's Jam, Effra and another fifty or so musicians as well as magic from Ben Woodward and crafts, workshops and of course, our almost world famous Wassail!

Once again, we had a marquee selling wonderful food from the Hartley Farm Kitchen and the bar will offer some great beer from the Box Steam Brewery in Holt.

The festival came about to celebrate the breadth and diversity of the local music scene. Most of the artists have a strong connection with Bradford on Avon -  either living here, working here or having grown up here.

Here's a taste of what happened last year.
